    Body wraps lower the quantity of water weight you have, not the quantity of stout. So you will be slimmer for a couple days, but as your body recovers you’ll gain all the water back.

    Body wraps are only effectual if you are a competitive body builder, and are looking for that lessen wrapped look. They dehydrate you so that you look slimmer.
    You could get the same results by saran wrapping yourself, and turning the heat up.
    But I would not recommend trying either.

    I just got one done this past weekend. It was ok, I guess. I didn’t really notice any difference. You have be in at least 4 times, which is one a week for four weeks, so you can notice the max results, that’s what I was told.
