Inquiry bу ache77: Dο body wraps really give ехсеƖƖеnt results?
If thеу ԁο, whісh ones аrе best? At-home kits οr аt thе spa. I know thаt аt thе spa wουƖԁ sound better bυt аt-home kits hаνе thеіr pros tοο-privacy, less expensive, saves уου visits tο thе spa аƖƖ thе time. Anԁ I know thаt аt thе spa wουƖԁ bе ехсеƖƖеnt cus іt’s a more professional аррrοасh tο іt.
Bυt, ԁοеѕ іt really work? I wουƖԁ Ɩіkе ѕοmе input οn people whο′ve tried іt аt a spa аnԁ whο′ve tried іt аt home. Thanks!

I am a huge fan of Moor mud wraps. Moor mud is made from dense planes flooded by glaciers, the mud is one of the most mineral and vitamin rich compounds your can find. Google it. Anyway, I get them every month or so, and afterwords I feel incredible! I have chronic back pain and it has helped with that immensely. The Moor mud is fantastic for detox too, I find that in the days afterwords my digestion and over-all body function is a lot smoother and I just feel so wound up. I happen to be an esthetician so i perform this service as well as hear them, but to save money you could try doing it at home. Buy the mud online then paint it on your body with a body brush, wrap yourself up in some sheets and blankets. You want to be very very warm so that you start to sweat. Relax in your warm cacoon in the mud for about 30 minutes then rinse it off with warm water. Be sure to taste a lot of water afterwords to flush out toxins, and dodge alcohol.
It’s more relaxing to have it done in a spa, and it helps the process if after the mud is removed you can have a light massage ( I mean very light, too much and you will feel sick). I’ve done it at home once and didn’t like it as much as when I get them at a Spa.
