After being on Nutrisystem, I needed to do a touch to tighten up my waist. Even though I was doing Tae Bo, it wasn’t effective quick enough. This cream and the band works. You can feel it effective after every use. Leaves the skin with a itch, as the aloe vera is making the skin more firm.
