The ones at the spa work but i mean it really just seems to give you an illusion or weight loss because it tightens and tones up your skin for about 4-5 days. I have seen infomercials for wraps that you wrap the serane (?) wrap around you after applying the cream but i saw an article in Cosmo about how a woman died from that.. so i don’t know.. why not just start drinking tons of water and doing a light workout everyday…

First of all, its quite perilous to do yourself. You can pass out, dehydrate etc.
Secondly, in literal terms yes it does have an instant weightloss effect. But, that lost weight is mainly from loss of water, rather than stout… so as soon as you rehydrate your body you’ll instantly place the weight back on again.

Body wraps get rid of excess water weight by making you sweat it out, but as soon as you taste water, you gain it back. They do not work for stout loss, or permanent water loss.
