You have alot of protein going into your body with that meal,
it is excellent but if you want to cut down the stout you must contain alot of cardio into your daily routine and also taste water to flush out your liquids.
If you go to a gym they should have a sauna, they are very excellent for water weight, and will help you to achieve a leaner and more ripped look.
a light cardio followed by a sauna to help you sweat the last ounces of stout will do you alot more then just cario lonely.

Looks like you’re a body builder?
You are already pretty low, and are on a very healthy regime. The only things I see that you might be able to do…
Skim milk. Max 2 egg yolks/day. Cut the nighttime nuts, maybe try cottage cheese/casein protein instead of the standard whey shake at nighttime.
It looks really excellent right now, pretty extensive diet imo, lots of shakes, make sure you’re lifting. To be honest, in the end, if you’re doing six-meal, stout-burning exercises, and no stout in your diets, then that’s really it. I see you got a thing with almonds
